Federal workers can support Corps of Cadets | Combined Federal Campaign


'The University of North Georgia (UNG) is now part of the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)....As one of the nation's six senior military colleges, UNG commissions about 100 second lieutenants each year for the active-duty Army, Georgia Army National Guard and the Army Reserve. The vision for the Corps of the future is to commission 120 officers each year.

UNG is also the lone Army-only senior military college in the nation. More than 60 alumni have gone on to become flag officers across multiple military branches, most of them as generals in the Army.

More than half of the commanders in the Georgia Army National Guard are UNG graduates...'

CFC kicks off for 2012 (September 1st to December 15th)


2012 Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)


'...CFC is the world's largest and most successful annual workplace charity campaign, with more than 200 CFC campaigns throughout the country and internationally to help to raise millions of dollars each year. Pledges made by Federal civilian, postal and military donors during the campaign season (September 1st to December 15th) support eligible non-profit organizations that provide health and human service benefits throughout the world. The Director of OPM has designated responsibility for day-to-day management of the CFC to its CFC Operations office. ...'
