The Department of Labor, Department of Veterans Affairs, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission also came in at less than 10%. ...The reality is that where there’s a building with deferred maintenance that isn’t being utilized, it could be sold and the revenues allocated back to GSA for other real estate needs, instead of taxpayers paying for it.'
